A roller-coaster ride through the underworld – great star-cast and superb locales – in this action comedy about a big-time crook (Om Puri) who dies leaving behind a complicated will, setting off a deadly gang-war between his son (Rahul Dev) and son-in-law (Akshay Kumar). The son-in-law escapes to America, where he settles down in a quiet neighborhood.

His new neighbor (Aftab Shivdasani) is a dentist, whose wife (Amrita Arora) is desperate to get rich quick. She discovers that their neighbor is a gangster with a reward on his head and she forces her husband to travel to India to negotiate with the gang-members!
