Synopsis
Vikram Sehgal (Alok Nath) is a renowned businessman. His wife has been an invalid for years. His son Vishal hates for he holds his father responsible for his mother's condition. He also has an illegitimate son Raju. Raju (Rishi Kapoor) runs a small garage in Delhi and loves Priya (Pooja Bhatt)who is the daughter of a multimillionaire Surendra Nath. Vishal's uncle Shrichand (Mohan Joshi) with the help of his friend Arjun Chaudhry murders Vikram Sehgal. But Shrichand's problems are not solved even after Vikram's death for Vikram's advocate friend (Anant Mahadevan) informs them that Vikram had made a will, according to which his property is to be divided equally to which his property is to be divided equally among Raju and Vishal.
So in spite of the fact that he can't stand Raju, Vishal has to bring Raju back to the house if he wants his share of property. But the journey back home is precarious for apart from the innumerable scraps between the two; they have face Shrichand's various attempts to murder them.
