Dinanath Shastri(Anjan Srivastava) is a middle class, sincere and honest man working in a bank. For the first time in 17 years he plans to go on a vacation with his wife and two sons to Panchmadi. When he arrives at Panchmadi, he finds out the bank cottage reserved for him was already occupied by Mr.Shrivastava(Viyendra Ghatge).

Before the vacation Dinanath had disapproved Shrivastavas bank loan whereas the bank MD approved the loan and went against Dinanath. Dinanath is very disappointed with the bank and is ready to cancel the vacation. Sameer, Dinanaths son encourages his father to stay & ruin Shrivastavas vacation. While Shrivastava and Dinanath try to ruin each others vacation, Sameer and Shrivastavas daughter Sumona fall in love.
